dipped in our own blend of Tempura, flavored with Coconut
and Pineapple, coated with coconut and served with a spicy orange
dipping sauce.

Fresh Russet Potatoes grated and cooked to
a golden brown and topped with Sour Cream
and Smoked Nova Scotia Salmon.
- Artichoke Fritters
with Lemon Sauce
Artichoke hearts dipped in
Tempura and Fried to a golden brown and served with
a lemon sauce.
- Lemon Zest Chicken
with Cognac Crème Fraiche
Tender chicken filets marinated in fresh
lemon juice. Dredged in flour and herbs.
Filets are then sautéed, topped with lemon zest and brown sugar,
baked and served
with Cognac Crème Fraiche.
- Beef Wellington with Duxelle
Tender
chunks of choice tenderloin with a blend of Wild Mushroom and herb
fillings wrapped in a golden brown puff pastry.

Each cake is hand

marnier, lemon citron,
