Served with a Red Wine and Tomato dipping sauce.
  • Scallops with Bacon & Pineapple
New England Sea Scallops wrapped in Lean Smoked Bacon and garnished
with a Pineapple wedge.  Served on a skewer.
  • Coconut Shrimp with Spicy Orange Sauce
Large Black Tiger Shrimp dipped in our own blend of Tempura, flavored with
Coconut and Pineapple, coated with Coconut and served with a Spicy Orange
dipping sauce.
  • Baby Lamb Chops with Fresh Herbed Crust
Baby Lamb Chops with a crust of Fresh Bread Crumbs, Dijon Mustard, Rosemary,
and Garlic.

Baked Calzones, Tortellini Skewers in Pesto, Pepperocini,Andouille Sausage, with Sweet and
Sour Mustard.  A variety of Fancy Breads.  A variety of Brushetta Bread: Plum Tomatoes with
Basil, Caponata, and wild Mushrooms.
